Heath Spotted-Orchid is very similar but that has much less deeply cut lower lobes. Note that the lower lip markings can be joined up a bit like this, or spotted lines, or more blotchy.

The shape of the labellum (lower lip) though, is diagnostic for Spotted Orchid, but the genus readily hybridises, so this might be some kind of hybrid.
